Good to know

Can I see my design before I buy?

Yes. On each product page, add your names or photo and tap Preview to see your personalized design before adding it to your cart.

How long will my order take?

Every gift is made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days, then US standard shipping takes 7–10 business days. Busy holidays can add a few days, so order early for special dates.

How much is shipping?

US contiguous states start at $5.99 for one item; fees for multiple items and other locations are calculated at checkout. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. See shipping policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Please check your order when it arrives and email support@suzitee.com right away if it is defective, damaged or not what you ordered — we will make it right. See refund policy.
